EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW to get
the best from YOUR APPOINTMENT
REFLEXOLOGY
Your reflexology treatment will be delivered to you as you relax in a semi reclined position with your legs outstretched on the cosy Treatment Bed, You will only need to remove shoes and socks to receive foot reflexology. Many people become so relaxed that they drift off to sleep - please don’t worry if you feel yourself nodding off - I take it as a compliment! Please note that I can’t treat you if you have a fungal nail infection.
MASSAGE
For a full body massage you will need to remove your clothes right down to your underwear. Please feel free to remove your bra as that will probably be the most comfortable way to receive your massage without anything digging into you; but if you prefer not to, I can work around it by undoing the strap whilst I work on your back, and then re-fastening it for you. If you’re receiving a back massage you could keep on your jeans or skirt, but again you’ll probably be more comfy if you remove your clothes down to your knickers. During your massage you’ll be covered by blankets and towels, your modesty is preserved at all times and only the area that I’m working on will be exposed.
FACIAL TREATMENTS
It really doesn’t matter if you come to your appointment with a full face of makeup, it’s my job to cleanse you to perfection! I firmly believe that your Facial shouldn’t stop at your face, I like to extend your facial down your neck to your decolletage so you’ll be given privacy to remove your top before you get cosy under the blankets of the Treatment Bed.
REIKI & SOUND HEALING
For Reiki & Sound Healing sessions, you will remain fully clothed, reclined on the cosy treatment bed. Everyone experiences Energy Treatments such as Reiki & Sound Healing differently - some people will fall asleep, others might see colours or experience tingles. There is no right or wrong way to to feel during a treatment, your body will always take exactly what it needs from your session.

I am an Expert in Women’s Wellness & Beauty, I specialise in making women of all ages look and feel their most radiant & happiest selves.
TREATMENT TIME
Please don’t arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your treatment is due to start, as I will be busily using the time prior to that to clean down the room and put fresh linens on the Treatment Bed so that everything is perfectly ready for your arrival.
parking
Transcendence Holistic Therapies is my peaceful Home Based Treatment Room, located on a very quiet cul de sac with no through traffic and plenty of parking. You are welcome to park on my driveway or in front of the house. No need to worry about finding change for a carpark, or circling the block looking for a space!
FACILITIES
My Treatment Room is situated right at the front of the house, on the ground floor, making it easily accessible to all. There is just one step at the Entrance Way. The toilet is located right next door to the Treatment Room. Hot drinks such as Tea, Herbal Tea & Coffee are always offered to you. If you would like one to take away to keep you cosy on your journey home, just ask! I also always send you home with a bottle of water to drink after your treatment. Don’t panic if your phone battery is about to die as your arrive for your appointment, you can always charge it in the Treatment Room, but I do recommend that it is turned to silent so that you are able to fully relax during your treatment without distractions.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Can there be a better gift for a sister, mum or girlfriend than a voucher to treat themselves with for an hour or two of complete peace and pampering? You can buy a Gift Voucher from me in the Treatment Room, or your can buy an e-voucher online that will be emailed to you or your loved one and can be redeemed against appointments made on my booking system. Please note that Gift Vouchers have a 6 month expiry date from the point of issue.
PAYMENT
For your convenience I accept both card and cash payments at the Treatment Room. When you make an appointment online you will be asked to secure your booking with a 50% booking fee.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required in the case of cancellation or rescheduling. Without 48 hours notice, the full rate is chargeable. All treatments and treatment courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
BOOKINGS
If you are a new client, the quickest and easiest way to book a new appointment is via my online booking system which shows you my live availability. I also always advise regular clients to re-book with me at the end of their appointment so that you’re guaranteed to receive your preferred slot. As a solo-therapist with an ever-growing client base, my diary can get pretty busy!
