Here at Transcendence Holistic Therapies I offer a suite of services to support you on your Fertility journey… and beyond! It’s my absolute honour to be of service to you every step of the way towards motherhood, and to continue to support you as a new mother too.
FERTILITY REFLEXOLOGY
I am trained to the highest possible reflexology standard in the UK, having been awarded the Centralia Level 5 Clinical Mastership in Reflexology. I have successfully supported many women on their Journey towards motherhood by creating bespoke Treatment Plans to enhance their fertility. Each new fertility client receives a full and detailed consultation so that I can understand your stage in the journey, and what issues you are hoping to overcome. We then work together to support your goal.
Reflexology also works well alongside all forms of assisted conception, from medicated cycles through to ICSI and IVF. Your treatments will support you with both the emotional and physical aspects of fertility treatments. I always work flexible hours to support my clients who are undertaking assisted conception so that your reflexology treatments can be timed exactly in accordance with your own treatment protocol with your Clinical Specialist.
Once you receive your happy news, reflexology is the perfect treatment to support you through the next 40 weeks. Treatments are tailored to your ever changing needs, helping you to cope with every demand that your growing baby makes on your body - from morning sickness, heartburn, fatigue & aching joints to helping you to relax and release worries in the run-up to the birth.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Having such success in supporting my Fertility clients with reflexology, I decided to train in Pre-Natal Massage In order to offer more ways to support my Pregnant Clientele. Massage during pregnancy is such a wonderfully nurturing experience! At a time when your body is constantly changing it is a natural and effective method to relieve any aches & pains and to promote relaxation and a confidence in your body’s amazing abilities. Pre-Natal massage also provides you with a special space to connect deeply to your breath, which is a powerful tool to help you through the birthing process.
Every Pre-Natal massage that I deliver is completely unique and tailored just for you. We start with a thorough consultation to identify any aches, pain or water retention that you may be carrying. Next you are made comfortable on the Treatment Bed with supportive bolsters and pillows so that you can completely relax and switch off whilst I work my magic. Gentle gliding strokes combine with softly scented pregnancy-safe massage oils to relieve pain, strains, headaches, swelling & stress, whilst promoting a blissful sense of relaxation and a connection to yourself and your growing baby.
Pregnancy Massage is offered to you from your second trimester.
